Suzanne Leigh
Suzanne Leigh’s approach to design is shaped by a unique professional path. Her early career in financial planning taught her how to understand goals, constraints, and the very personal way people make important decisions. Years later, as co-founder of a real estate development company focused on second-home living, her understanding deepened around how lifestyle longing, space, light, and atmosphere influence the way people respond to a home.
Her design sensibility was also shaped early by her mother-in-law, a talented interior designer who introduced her to the language of scale, texture, color, pattern, and proportion — and invited her to experience the world of design firsthand through trips to High Point Market. Those lessons still inform the way Suzanne sees a room today: not just as a collection of objects, but as an experience to be shaped with intention.

A North Star for every project
Though every project is different, each begins the same way: by understanding the home’s architecture, its opportunities, and the client’s goals. From there, Suzanne helps define a North Star for the project — a guiding vision that clarifies how the home should feel, function, and reflect the people living in it. Relaxed or impressive. Cozy or serene. Understated or high-design. That shared clarity helps shape better recommendations, better decisions, and ultimately a home that feels more personal, more cohesive, and more successful.
Beautiful visuals matter most when they help people move forward with confidence.
